Not so bad....

I went to my very first ever volleyball tournament in Lathrop Saturday. What an experience. And I must say, the girls played better than they ever have I believe. Almost came home with a third place trophy to show for it. Our 12 hour day was well worth it, as I'm getting used to volleyball. It's a new experience for me this year and I'm enjoying watching the girls compete. Some matches are better than others (we still have lots of work to do!), but they are a definite improvement from the past. They should be proud! Congratulations girls on all your wins Saturday, looking forward to Monday nights match.

Friday Night

Perfect football weather!  The smell of funnel cakes in the air (that's a newbie!) and everyone had on their game face.  I had to work in the concession stand second shift so I only got to take pics during the first quarter.  But I had a great time in the process, as usual.  Feel free to use any of the pics for your facebook or myspace.  :o)  Looking forward to another fun year with THS students!  Maybe one of these nights Tater will make his way into the stadium....  it's been too many years since we had a real bulldog mascot and he'd love the attention! lol

(Okay, so my photos didn't upload in the right order...but who cares?!)

Wanna know a secret?  There are reasons why photogs have insurance for themselves! ;o)  I almost got ran over for the first time at a high school game!  Woo Hoo!  The thrill of the sidelines.  You can't get that in the stands!

Go Dillon!  The Heisman in motion!  See Craig....I got it!  I got it!

Name Those Legs
Yes, give it a shot, post it in the comments on this post and if you guess all those legs correctly you could win something totally cool!  But you can't win if you don't play!  All entries will be accepted until next Friday nights game and then I'll post the winner on the blog!
(cheerleaders can't participate....of course you know your own legs!  Or at least you should.  And no helping your boyfriends either! ;o) lol)

R U Ready?!  Kick some arse!  I mean butt....I wouldn't want to be offensive to anyone.  ;o)  (okay....maybe next week)

Friday nights aren't just about football.  Our band kicks butt too!

Advantages to having the band seating in the end zone....  blanket picnics!
I miss the band being close to the stands, but it's like being at a drive-in when you can lay a blanket on the ground and catch a show.

Ball, Ball.....who's got the ball?  Can you find it?

Putting on your game face Cree?

See Aaron!  I told you it'd be cool!  ;o)

Rock on girls!  I just wish I could have heard what you were singin' Kayna.

One last pep talk before the game....

It's still a rush just looking at the pics.  I think you're all awesome and I love Friday nights at the stadium!  See you next week!

Those Men In Uniforms

yep....your seniors at their best ;o) We did senior tribute photos on Tuesday evening and after the 'formal' stuff was over, we got down to the fun things in life. It's nice to be able to be yourself and cut loose once in awhile and what a coincidence that we had construction equipment on hand on play with. lol

This photo will soon grace the front of many t-shirts (so I hear). Stayed tuned for more info on how to get one for yourself! Photo purchases may be made by contacting the studio. We're making this print a big one! ;o) Great job guys!

Who's Who

Check out these group photos to see who's doin' what this year. Recognize anyone? More to come!

It was so 'froggy' this morning!!! Hope you girls had fun on your joy rides. ;o) Onery terds.

Who says the guys have all the muscle? I think I see a few girls that you should be afraid of.
Be very afraid. lol ;o)

R U Ready?!

For some football! It's back to school time, back to football season (and softball, golf, tennis, cheerleading, volleyball......). And I know everyone is working hard to make this year another successful one.

We're working on Black and Gold photos this week and getting the QB Club book ready for that first home football game. You can check the blog for previews of senior tributes and any group photos or outtakes.

Some students and parents have ask about Memory Mate photos and Look at Me will still be happy to accommodate any teams or groups with this service. The school has decided to contract fall sport photos with Bailey's studio this year. If you would still like Look at Me to do your group and individual photos we're still available, and you'll save money on your packages.

Please remember to support your Athletic Boosters by purchasing your buttons through them rather than the professional studios doing photos. This money is important for school athletics and funding those little extras that you guys receive for your programs. Shani Kinney should schedule with your sponsors for those button services.

I want everyone to know I appreciate their support and feedback regarding our services and your desire to have a hometown studio providing the services you need. And I'm more than happy to provide you with the quality photographs you've come to expect. I'm just a phone call away.

Remember to watch the blog for your senior tribute previews and more fun stuff to come! :o)

Congratulations to the 8 boys that qualified to go to state! I had updates from mothers while you were in Columbia. We're proud of all the boys hard work this year.

Wow....

so many posts got away! Where did 2007 go? I have been so busy and lax in updating so we're starting the new year off right. Winter Formal has been made into a gallery. Pics should be in today and delivered to school on Monday. Rescheduling the dance and taking them right before the holiday postponed processing and we worked against lab rushes too. So, have patience. They're on their way. You can see yourselves at http://www.lookatmepics.smugmug.com/ and click on the winter formal gallery. There is no password, it's open to everyone! :o)

Also, just to let everyone in on a new studio addition for 2008......meet Tater!

Tater is our new mascot, available for senior pictures and group/sports memory mates. He gets to meet the basketball cheerleaders today! Watch for him, he may sneek into the pep assembly this afternoon. ;o) I'm very much a dog lover and Tater has become one of the family. He's already been fitted for his first sports jersey and will have a practice jersey come fall for the footall season! We're looking forward to seeing everyone at the games!

Aaron

I love to personalize things. Even license plates. Hope your session wasn't too hard on you Aaron! ;o) Enjoy your previews.

Seniors

Everywhere you look....seniors! :) I've got seniors coming out my ears! That's a good thing. I'm looking forward to Barnwarming too!

Jacob
(Is deer season an excused absence from school?) ;o)
